How do your programs work?
You build your program, complete a health assessment, and a licensed provider reviews it within 24 to 48 hours. Once approved, your program ships from a regulated pharmacy straight to your door, with support and check-ins along the way.
Are the medications safe?
Every protocol is prescribed by a licensed provider based on your health history, and prepared by FDA-registered 503A compounding pharmacies under strict quality standards. Nothing ships without a provider’s review and approval.
How soon will I see results?
Everyone’s different. Results depend on your program, your consistency, and your goals, and your provider and our team help you track progress that matters beyond the scale.
What if the provider doesn’t approve my program?
You receive a full refund. You’re never charged for a program you can’t start.
Do I need to live near Wills Point?
No. We serve all of Texas through telehealth, and our gym partnership is a bonus for locals. Every program includes one month of Snap Fitness access if you’d like it.
What does the $15 membership include?

Is my information private?
Yes. Your medical information lives inside our secure medical platform, is never sold, and is only used to provide your care.
