MyElite Health Meds (“we,” “us”) is operated by SYKES & SYKES dba MyElite Health Meds, Wills Point, Texas. This policy explains what we collect on this website and what we do with it.
What we collect. When you use our site, we collect what you give us: your name, email, phone number, and your answers to our goals and lifestyle questions when you take the Find Your Path assessment; your order selections when you start a program; and standard technical information like device type and pages visited, through analytics.
What we do not collect here. Your medical information is not collected on this website. Health assessments, medical history, prescriptions, and all clinical records are handled inside the secure medical platform operated through the Asher Health provider network, under its own privacy practices and applicable health-information law. Our marketing site and customer systems do not store your medical records.
How we use your information. To provide and improve our services, process your orders, send you the communications you signed up for, operate your membership, and understand how the site is used. We do not sell your personal information.
Payments. Card payments are processed by Square on Square’s hosted, secure payment pages. We never see or store your card number.
Sharing. We share information only with the service providers who run our operations (payment processing, customer communications, website hosting), with the medical platform when you begin a program, and where the law requires it. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Your choices. You can opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any email, stop texts by replying STOP, and request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us at info@myelitehealthmeds.com or 903-560-4416.
Children. Our services are for adults 18 and older.
Changes. We’ll post any updates to this policy here with a new effective date.
