Welcome to MyElite Health Meds, operated by SYKES & SYKES dba MyElite Health Meds (“we,” “us”). By using this website or purchasing a program, you agree to these terms.
What we are. MyElite Health Meds is a wellness brand. We are not a medical practice, pharmacy, or healthcare provider. All medical services, including evaluation, prescribing, and clinical oversight, are provided by independent licensed providers through the Asher Health provider network. All prescription products are prepared by regulated compounding pharmacies. Medical decisions are made solely by the prescribing provider.
How purchases work. When you purchase a program, you are paying to begin a process that includes a required health assessment reviewed by a licensed provider. No prescription product ships unless a provider approves your program. If a provider determines a program is not appropriate for you, you receive a full refund as described in our Refund Policy.
Eligibility. You must be 18 or older and located in a state we serve (currently Texas) to purchase a program.
Membership. The MyElite membership is a monthly subscription billed through Square. It renews automatically each month until you cancel, which you can do at any time; cancellation stops future billing and your benefits continue through the paid period.
No medical advice on this site. Content on this website is for general information and education. It is not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified provider. Statements on this site about wellness programs have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our programs are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Results. Individual results vary and depend on many factors including your health, habits, and consistency. We make no guarantees of any particular outcome.
Accounts and conduct. You agree to provide accurate information, including in your health assessment, and not to misuse the site.
Intellectual property. The site, its content, and our marks belong to us or our licensors.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the purchase giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits the responsibility of licensed medical providers for the care they provide.
Disputes. These terms are governed by Texas law, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of Van Zandt County, Texas, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
